For needs such as tracking a package, reattempt delivery, declining a package, and change of address contact your shipping provider chosen at checkout.

International duties, taxes, fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tenkara Rod Co. offers FREE USPS priority mail shipping for all US orders over $50.  Most orders leave the warehouse in Rexburg, ID within 48 hours of being placed and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped out.  This means that most orders arrive within 5 days of being purchased so we can get you out on the river fishing as quick as possible.  Orders placed after 12:00pm (mountain time) will be processed the following business day. Lost Or Stolen packages 

If an order does not reach the intended address and is deemed lost, we will contact the carrier and report the package so that an investigation can begin. If the order cannot be located, a new order will be sent to the customer within 7 days.

We are not responsible for stolen packages once they are delivered by the carrier. We will contact the carrier to verify that the order was indeed shipped to the correct address, but the customer is responsible for contacting the local authorities to report stolen packages. We are not liable for stolen packages and will not issue a replacement or refund of the stolen items.
